The little things that make big things better

As some people know, I started working for DeKalb Motors about 6 months ago. During that time, I have had days when I feel useless or like I am not good enough for this job. But, I have met so many amazing people who keep encouraging me and telling me that it will be ok and it just takes time to get used to this type of job. 

They are not wrong, it has been a grueling couple of years, but thanks to all of these wonderful people I have learned to do my best every day. Peyton has been encouraging me since the very beginning and has helped me stay motivated every day. I am so lucky to have started working in such an amazing place, and really hope I can keep doing my very best every day, not just for me, but for my whole team and customers I get the chance to meet.
